Turkey Tofu Veggie Stir Fry

1 12 red cabbage1 small red onion1/2 cup chopped raw carrot1/2 cup celery1/2 cup broccoli1/2 cup cauliflower1 cup brown rice long grain100 gr. garlic fresh2 cup bok choy100 grams or 4 portabella mushrooms2 1/2 cup bean sprouts16 oz. ground lean turkey1 cup firm tofu1 tbsp Asian Gourmet Authentic Black Bean Sauce
In smaller frypan, precook brown rice and set aside (I do mine in microwave)
Brown onion and garlic and mushrooms and bean sauce
Add turkey and cook until done.
Add the tofu just at end
You can add any seasoning of choice
In large frypan add the cooked rice add all the chopped vegetables and cook al dente
Add the bok choy and bean sprouts and lower the heat. For more juice, add a little water.
Once cooked, add all the ingredients from other frypan.
Serving Size: makes 5.75 - 2 cup servings.
