Gluten Free Mostaccioli Casserole

Ingredients
2 c. uncooked penne pasta, gluten free1# ground turkey2 T. onion, chopped1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup, undiluted1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce1 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp salt1/4 c. Colby cheese, shredded
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the soup, tomato sauce, oregano and salt. Drain pasta; stir into meat mixture. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
