Ingredients
1 cup water29 g. ISO Protein Powder (Vanilla)1 Tbsp Vanilla extract.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice5.5 Tbsp Half and Half cream (75 g)4 tsp. Stevia (powder)1 cup ice cubes
Directions
In a blender mix water, protein powder, vanilla, and spice. Add in half and half while blending. Turn blender on high add ice cubes one at a time. Turn to low blend in stevia. Enjoy!
