Ingredients
2 cups of seedless watermelon, 1 inch cubes1 6oz ball of buffalo mozzarella, diced into cubes6 basil leaves, sliced into wide ribbons25 year aged balsamic vinegar (the thicker the better)toothpicks or skewers
Directions
layer on each skewer,a cube of melon, a cube of mozzarella and a piece of basil leave.

arrange skewers to serve and lightly drizzle with 2tbsp aged balsamic vinegar.
