Ingredients
2.5 cups unbleached flour1.5 t baking powder, preferably aluminum free.33 cups organic sugar1 stick cold butter.66 cups milkdried fruit added will add carbs and sugarWhisk dry ingredients together, cut in butter, add milk, mix with fork. Knead dough gently until it all comes together. Divide in two and flatten to about 1/2-3/4 inch circle. Using the back of a knife or pastry scraper, make 8 wedge indentations. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and back for 15-20 minutes. Cool on rack, or enjoy warm with more butter ;-)
