Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 4 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)*Butter (Kerrygold) Pure Irish Gold Foil 1T=14g, 40 gram(s) (remove)La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Medium, 10 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)*Lucerne Mexican Four-Cheese Blend finely shredded cheese, 4 tbsp (remove)
melt butter in deep pan, add chopped onions and garlic and sautee, add salsa, stir. Add chicken breasts to mix, bring to a bubble then turn down to a simmer and cover. Allow to simmer approximately 45 minutes or until breasts are well cooked. Serve with cheese sprinkled to melt on top.
