1 pound Ground Venision2 cups of water1 cup Frozen Yellow Corn2 tsps Chile Powder1 14.5oz can Stewed Tomatoes, Undrained1 6.8oz Pkg Spanish rice w/seasonings
1) Heat oven to 375. Spray 2 qt casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Brown meat in Large skillet over medium high heat until meat is cooked. Drain
2) Stir in all remaining ingredients including seasoning packet from rice, mix well. Bring to a boil. Spoon into sprayed casserole dish. Cover tightly
