Easy hamburger lasagne

Ingredients
18 lasagne noodles (1 box catelli smart pasta)1 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes with seasoning4 cups spaghetti sauce, spicy is best2 cans black olives3 cups 2% cottage cheese4 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
Directions
Cook ground beef with red pepper sauce, salt and pepper in large frying pan until cooked through and lightly browned. No oil is needed. Add tomatoes, sauce and olives, and simmer while cooking lasagne noodles.
Bring water to boil in large stock pot. Add salt and a small amount of canola oil to water (oil keeps pasta from boiling over). Add noodles and cook until almost done. Drain, and rinse under cold water.
In two 9x13 pans, layer: sauce, 3 noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, mozza. Start again with noodles, and make 3 layers deep. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 45 minutes at about 325. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Good time to make a salad!
