Quinoa avacado black bean salad

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa3 avacados1 can kernel corn1 can black beansDressing:3 tbsp. red wine vinegar2 tbsp. olive oli1 tbsp. hot sauce2 tps. garlic salt1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cook quinoa as directed. Drain and rinse black beans. Drain can corn. Peel and chop avacados. Toss these ingredients together.

Combine dressing ingredients together and mix well. Add to quinoa mixture.

Serve warm or cold.
