Tangy Maple Terrine

Ingredients
2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt 2/3 cup buttermilk 1/3 cup evaporated skim milk¼ cup pure maple syrup
Directions
Beat together the yogurt, milks and maple syrup.
Freeze until partially set, about 1 hour.
Beat again with an electric mixer until smooth.
Pour into a loaf pan and freeze overnight.
