cauliflower & cantaloup cream

Ingredients
Ingredients:Cauliflower, cooked, 2 cup *cantaloup melon, 1.5 cup *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) *Margarine, soft, 2 tsp Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) *Celery Salt, 0.5 tbsp Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup Light Cream 15%, 1 cup
Directions
- start by cooking the oignon with the margarine
- Then, add the cauliflower, the cantaloup,the potato, the water and the chicken broth and boil it fot 15 min.
- Put it in the robot to get a potage texture
- on the cauldron, put the mixt with the cream and the celery salt and heat it for an other 5 minute. stir constantly and don't let it boil.
