Oatmeal Rasin Cookies, low sugar

1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature1/2 cup packed brown sugar substitute by Splinda1/4 cup granulated stivia2 large eggs*1 Tablespoon vanilla extract (yes, Tablespoon!)1 and 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon grated fresh nutmeg1/2 teaspoon salt3 cups (240g) old-fashioned rolled oats1 cup (140g) raisins*
Cream butter and 'sugars' then add eggs and vanilla and mix for 1 minute. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg and salt. Add to the mixing bowl and mix will. Add oats and raisins and blend. chill dough for 30 minutes in fridge. Roll balls about 2" and place on cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake 12 minutes at 350.
