Butter, salted, 1.5 stick*Flour, King Arthur All Purpose Unbleached White 5lb/2.27gm Bag (.25Cup/30gm), 1.5 cupPowdered Sugar, .33 cup, unsifted Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup *Flour -King Arthur All Purpose- 1/4Cup/110Cal, 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 2 serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, powdered sugar and 1.5 cups of flour in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes. While baking, beat 3 eggs, 1.5 cups of sugar, 3 T of flour, and lemon juice. Pour over hot cookie dough and return to oven to bake another 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
