Ingredients
2c flour2c sugarpinch salt1/2c buttermilk or soured milk2 eggs1tsp vanilla1tsp baking soda1c hot coffee or water1c butter4 Tbsp (heaping) cocoa
put flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. In a small bowl blend milk, eggs, vanilla and baking soda. blend these ingredients together. In a small sauce pan bring butter, coffee and cocoa to a boil. while blending flour mixture pour in boiling cocoa mixture. Mix for 2-3 minutes.
Bake in a bundt pan for 35-45 minutes at 350F
