Ingredients
2 cups vanilla milk ( I used skim milk)1/2 cup whole oats1 1/4 cups fresh , frozen or canned peachesI cup ice cubesI cup baby spinach1 tabs honey1 tsp vanilla extract2 bananas
Directions
Place milk and oats in blender blend 15 seconds. Add rest of ingredients until smooth 45 seconds. Serve
