1 lb Lean Ground Beef1/2 diced small onion1 lb 5 3/4 oz Tator Tots 1 10oz can Rotel with Green Chili's1 4oz diced Hatch Green Chili (optional)1 4oz Sliced Black Olives (Optional)1 10.5oz Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup1 8oz sour Cream2 Cups Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese1/2 tsp Garlic Salt1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper1/2 tsp dried Cilantro (Optional)1/2 tsp Cumin (Optional)
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown and Season meat to taste with Garlic Salt, Ground Pepper, 1/2 tsp Cumin, 1/2 tsp dry Cilantro, add Diced onion. Drain. Return to pan. Add 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 can Rotel Tomato's, 8oz Sour Cream and heat through. Coat 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread tator tots out evenly on bottom. Cover Tator tots with meat mixture. Top evenly with 2 cups Shredded Cheese blend. Bake for 45 minutes.
