Ingredients
2- egg whites1- whole wheat tortilla wrapquarter cup of chopped onions, grn peppers, and mushrooms2 T of pace chunky salsa mild
Directions
Cook veggies in pam cooking pray until golden brown. Scramble egg whites in bowl and pour over veggies add salsa while in pan. Cook mixture thoroughly and remove from heat and put in whole wheat wrap and enjoy!
