Mom's crab cakes

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 2 TbspFlour, white, 2 Tbsp Milk, 1%, 1 cup Blue Crab, 1 cup, flaked and pieces
Directions
Melt butter. Add flour to make roux. Gradually add milk to make a thick white sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine with crab meat and place in refrigerator 1 hour.
Form into 6-4 ounce crab cakes. Broil 18 minutes.
