Fried Cheese Sticks

Ingredients
1 bag (13oz) Kettle brand Krinkle Cut Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper potato chips4 Large to Extra Large eggs2 packages (12 sticks per pack) CheeseHeads Premium Snacking Pepper Jack String CheeseVegetable Oil (about 1 cup is soaked up by the cheese sticks)
Directions
Smash potato chips.
Cut string cheese sticks in half.
Dip in egg then dip in chips
Fry in oil.

Serving Size: Makes 48 sticks
