16 oz Spaghetti3/4 lb Ground Beef (93%)1/2 cup chopped onion2 stalks chopped celery4 finely chopped carrots2 tbsp Italian Spice2 (15 oz) cans Diced Tomatoes1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce1 tbsp oil
Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Saute onions & celery in oil. Add ground beef; cook until no longer pink. Add tomatoes, sauce and carrots; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer ten minutes. Drain cooked spaghetti; add meat sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
