Ingredients
*Rhubarb, 1 cup, dicedOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedPompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp, 4 tbsp*(C) Garlic, minced, 3 tspOlive Oil, .25 cupHoney, 3 tbsp
Directions
add rhubabrb, garlic, onions, vinegar, and honey in a small saucepan. bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until rhubarb is soft. transfer to jar and drizzle in oil, shake and serve.
