Ingredients

1/4 c. coconut flour1/8 tsp. baking sodapinch salt1/2 c. almond milk2 Tb. coconut oil3 egg whites1/2 tsp. vanilla
Whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Blend dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix wet into dry ingredients. Fold in half the egg whites, then fold in rest. Stick your finger in and see if it's sweet enough for you. Cook on hot greased griddle spreading batter out to make pancakes. Cook these a little slower than normal pancakes so they cook through.
