Ingredients
Spelt Salad with Garbonza Beans and Artichokes. Yummy and so good for you :o) 3/4 C. Spelt (farro) cook in water about 45 minutes 1/3 C each of mint and parsley 1/4 C of red onion (I didn't use here) 3 T fresh lemon juice 2 T olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1 15 oz can of beans (any kind you like) 1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
