Beet Greens w/Bacon

Ingredients
4 c beet greens with stems2 thick slices bacon1 large clove garlic1/4 c. waterSalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Cook bacon in large skillet until browned. Crush garlic and add to bacon fat, add chopped stems and saute 3-5 minutes until tender. Add beet leaves and 1/4 cup water. Saute until leaves are done about 5 minutes. Add chopped bacon back in, serve and enjoy.
