Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 an avocado, 1 cup Trader Joe's Plain Organic Lowfat Yogurt, plenty of spinach or kale (at least one cup), 1/2 a banana, and a bit of honey or Stevia to sweeten it up!
Directions
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Taste for sweetness and add more if needed.
