Slow Cooker French Dip (no bun)

Ingredients
3.5 pound beef roast, all fat trimmed2 cans French onion soup1 can beef consomme1T olive oil
Directions
Brown beef on all sides in olive oil. Put beef in crock pot and cover with three soups. Cook 7-8 hours on low. Slice and serve.
