Muesli, dried fruit and nuts cereal, 1.5 cup Flour, white, 0.5 cupEgg, fresh, 2 medium Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1 tspButtery Spray , 5 spraysMilk 2%, 0.5 cup
Remmember about healthy substitutions like egg whites instead of whole eggs, non fat milk and whole grain flour if you want to make these cookies even lighter.
Mix 2 eggs with milk, Splenda and peanut butter, add muesli and flour, stir well.
Prehit oven.
Spray baking tray with buttery spray and put dough on the baking tray using a table spoon
2 tbsp = 1 shortbread.
If you want to make portions smaller do 1 tbsp = 1 shortbread, it'll make 12 servings.
Bake for 20 minutes, or till it's brown.
Optional: sprinkle with shreded dark chocolate.
