Blueberry Pear Compote

Ingredients
1 c fresh blueberries1 c sliced fresh pears (optional but included in nutritional info)1 TB Agave nectar1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cardamom1 c Chia Seeds2 1/4 c Coconut Milk (not canned)1/2 c Almonds (slivered, chopped, crushed, your pref)
Directions
Combine fruit, agave, vanilla, cardamom, chia seeds & coconut milk in pan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer & stir until a texture you like, 3-5 min. Top with almonds.
