Yummy Pancakes

Ingredients
White Flour Whole Wheat FlourBaking PowderSaltCinnamonMilkButterEggVanilla Extract
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients together. In another bowl melt unsalted butter (cool slightly) and then whisk in egg. Then add milk and vanilla and whisk. Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients just until combined. Put a tablespoon of salted butter in pan and add 1/4 cup of batter, fry on both sides (approx. 2 minutes each side) then they're done!
