Ingredients
walmart salmon fillets- 4 fillets hodgson almond meal - 1 serving hodgson flax seed - 1 serving 1- medium egg 74 grams - red bell pepper 3- teaspoon chopped onions
Directions
place salmon in boiling water for 10 minutes . drain and let cool. mixed egg, flax seed, almond meal, bell pepper and chopped onions into salmon fillets. form 5 patties. spray pan place on cookie sheet. put oven on 350 cook for 15 minutes on each side.
