Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 2 ouncesOnions, raw, 20 grams, choppedRomaine Lettuce (salad), 20 grams, shreddedCucumber (with peel), 20 grams diced*Meijer HOt and Sweet Mustard, 3 tbspCarrots, raw, 20 grams, chopped
Directions
Put all ingredients into a tupperware container with 1 tablespoon of water and shake!!

Serve on Romaine Lettuce Leaves for low calorie dinner!
