very gouda burgers w/ bacon

Ingredients
ground beefshallotseggsbutter, saltedbacon, thick slicedgouda cheese
Directions
melt the butter, then mix with the eggs, shallots, and ground beef.
cook the bacon and crumble half of the slices, ( keep the bacon grease if wanted to cook the burgers in the bacon grease)
grab some beef and flatten it not to thin and place small diced gouda cheese and the bacn bits inside of the burger and grab some more beef to close off.
can cook the burgers in thebacon grease to add more flavor, or can grill them for a cook out.

    Sounds good. I'd like to try this but This states one serving. There is no amount for any ingredients, just an ingredient list. Could you please list the quantities of the ingredients you listed? The calorie count doesn't seem to be for only one serving. Thanks. - 3/31/17
