Sweet Cornbread

Ingredients
1/4 c honey 1/4 c applesauce1/4 c butter1/3 c sugar2 eggs1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 c whole wheat pastry flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 c milk (i used whole)3/4 c cornmeal3/4 c frozen corn kernals
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Drop into 12 muffin tins and cook for approx 20 minutes (Or, until the tops get a touch of golden brown ontop.)
