Olive oil Mayonnaise

Ingredients
olive oilegg yolkwhite vinegarlemon juicesugarsea salt
Directions
Measure the olive oil and set aside.
Put all other ingredients in the blender.
Remove the centre from the blender lid.
Run blender on lowest setting for a few seconds, then start to drizzle the olive slowly and steadily until all the oil is poured.
If you see a bit of oil in the centre when you are finished, give it another pulse or two.

Serving Size: makes about 21 tablespoons of mayo
