Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken, 450 gram(s) (remove)*fresh onion, 0.5 cup (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)*Carrot, shredded for salad portion, 1 serving (remove)Ground Pork, 12 oz (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)*Corn meal ( stone ground) 1/4 c, 1 serving (remove)
Mix all ingredients together. Spray pan with Vegetable oil. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
