1 bag shredded cabbage & carrots, 14oz1 red pepper shredded or chopped fine1 bunch chopped scallions1 bag shelled edamame, 8oz1/3 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup (or to taste) fresh cilantro1/2 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning1 lime, juice plus zest1/3 cup light mayo1/3 cup light sour cream10 teaspoons (or to taste) Sriracha sauce1 Tablespoon sugarsaltpepper
in a large bowl add lime and lime zest, sugar, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper and sriracha to mayo and sour cream and mix thoroughly. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
