3/4 cup almond flour3/4 cup hazelnut flour5 TBS psyllium husk powder2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 1/2 TBS apple cider vinegar3 egg whites7oz BOILING water
preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients (flours, psyllium poweder, baking powder and salt).
add eggs and vinegar and mix
add boiling water
form into a loaf
Bake about 55 minutes
cool completly before cutting.
Serving Size: about 8 slices
