1/2 cup almond butter1/2 cup butter2 oz cream cheese1/2 cup liquid splenda (0 carbs_1/2 cup sweetener of choice (I used Swerve) - just watch carbs like in splenda due to added fillers
melt butters in microwave
mix in cream cheese and blend
add in sweeteners
lastly add in proten powder
poor into wax paper lined pan
freeze
