Cornie's Waldorf Chicken Salad

Ingredients
chop 8 oz chicken breast into small pieces. Chop into pieces 1/2 crisp apple. Leave skin on it for color, texture and fiber. Add to bowl. Add 1 oz chopped walnuts. Add parsley, Rosemary, red pepper chipotle, or basil to change up the taste. You can also add other spices for variety: I sprinkle spices till they look rightâ€"approximately 0.3 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Parsley, dried 0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0 dash Salt Add 1 Tbs of HELLMAN'S mayonnaise. Also add 3 Tbs of blended cottage cheese (mush it smooth with s fork). Weight is 56 Grams Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat Mix lightly. Serve on bed of spinach, mixed greens, or toasted bread.
