Homemade Strawberry Jam

Ingredients
3 lbs strawberries (fresh not frozen)2 cups of honey1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Put all ingredients in a crockpot for 3 hours on low. Then vent crockpot lid and cook for another 3 hours. Once done, mix all in a blender until smooth and transfer to jelly jars. Store in refrigerator up to a month or freezer up to 6 months.
