1/3 c Raw Cashews1 can Trader Joe's Light Coconut Milk (14 oz can)1/3 c Nutritional Yeast Flakes3 t Redmond Real Salt (sea salt is fine)1 1/2 t Onion Powder3/4 t Granulated Garlic2 c Water1/4 c Pimentos3 T Corn Starch
Blend all ingredients in the blender until very smooth. Pour into a pan and stir constantly until desired thickness.
