Cook rice in a large pot for 45-50 min. Dice rabbit and onion - cook in a separate skillet on low for 10 min. Add peas, seasonings, and a little soy sauce. Cook on low for another 5 min. In another skillet, cook the scrambled eggs. Add rabbit mixture, scrambled eggs, and remaining soy sauce to rice. Mix well and serve.
