Tuna Salad

One 5 ounce can of tuna in water2 TBS of mayo1TBS pickle relish1 pinch of salt1 pinch of pepper1 chopped medium boiled egg 1 tsp of mustard (optional)
Add whole egg to salted water. Allow water to come to a boil (this will take about 5 min) cover pot and turn off eye and allow the egg(s) to sit for 8 minutes or until water has cooled down some. While waiting on egg add drained can of tuna, mayo, pickle relish, salt and pepper in a bowl. Peel and chop egg into desired size add to bowl and mix. Serve as sandwich, on a bed of salad, with crackers or you can eat it by itself.
