Thai Curry Chicken for One

Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 150 gramsRed Onion RawGarlic, 7 cloveRaw Tomato (Medium, whole)Curry Paste - Green Thai Curry - Thai Kitchen, 20 gram(s)Red Chillies to tasteCoconut Milk, 0.1 cupJasmin Rice, 0.5 cupPepper, black, 1 dashOlive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Cut veggies and chicken into pieces
Saute all vegetables and chicken together on medium heat for 10 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
Make curry sauce separately in a cup, 1/2 cup hot water, coconut milk, curry paste, pepper
Add sauce to pan and simmer 5 mins. Serve with rice.
