Ingredients
kale, raw, .25 cup (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), .25 cup, shredded (remove)Swiss Chard, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Spinach, fresh, .10 cup (remove)Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)Strawberries, fresh, 2 medium (1-1/4" dia) (remove)Apple, Gala (medium), .25 serving (remove)Avocado Fresh 2-3 thin slices, 1 serving (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Trader Joe's Organic Dry Roasted Cashews, .10 cup (remove)
Directions
Place one egg in cold water, bring to boil, turn off, cover and let sit for 7 minutes. Place egg in ice bath for one minute, peel and cut into four.

Assemble salad with all ingredients and drizzle olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper and cashews
