Cake:1 c. sugar1 egg1 c. sour cream1/2 tsp. salt1.5 c. flour1 tsp. baking soda2.5 c. rhubarb, dicedTopping:1/2 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix top ingredients first and then add rhubarb. Spread in 9x13 pan, greased and floured. Sprinkle topping on cake before baking. Serve with Cool Whip.
Bake in 350 oven for 35 min.
