Cabbage, fresh, 0.25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) shreddedCabbage, red, fresh, 0.25 head, medium (about 5" dia) shreddedCarrots, raw, 3 medium shreddedLemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/4 cupHoney, 1 tbsp Sea salt, 1 tspParsley, 2 tbsp, chopped
Combine cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Whisk lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil and honey. Pour dressing over slaw and marinate 30-45 minutes or overnight. Garnish with fresh parsley
