GLUTEN-free White Bean Crackers Recipe

Ingredients
Beans, great northern, 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, 1 fl oz Sesame Oil, .5 1tsp *Clove of Garlic, 1 crushed *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 1 tsp 1/2 cube*Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt, 0.5 tsp *Millet flour, 0.5 cup Corn Starch, .125 cup
Directions
Preheat oven 350 º
Puree beans milk oil and garlic add bouillon and salt
Put millet flour and corn starch in mixing bowl Add bean paste
Churn the dough until evenly mixed. texture will be soft like Playdough
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
Spray parchment paper with Pam or oil Form dough into a log and press down as flat as you can by hand and gently roll out thin
Cut into crackers with pizza cutter Prick with fork to keep from raising Bake 20 minutes Remove from oven
Separate crackers to bake more evenly and Bake 15 minutes more
Cool crackers on a rack and store in airtight container
