Ingredients
1 can fat free refried beans1/4 cup fat free sour cream1/3 bag reduced fat mexican shredded cheese1 cup salsa1 cup romaine, torn into small pieces1 cup seeded and chopped tomatostortilla chips (I use blue corn)
Directions
Grease a pizza pan lightly with cooking spray. Spread the refried beans around the pan, making sure there are no holes. Spread the salsa over the beans. Sprinkly the cheese on top. Broil for about 5 min, or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Scatter lettuce and tomato pieces around the edge, and spread the sour cream in the middle of the cheese. Serve with tortilla chips and dig in!
