WHEN THE RICE IS DONE DRAIN IT AND ADD THE SKILLET MIXTURE INTO THE RICE ADD BUTTER WHEN MELTED ADD POWDERED SUGAR. IT SHOULD BE A BALANCE OF SWEET AND SPICY
